We began operations in the Michigan Basin in 1997 with the bulk of drilling activity occurring prior to 2002. We own an interest in approximately 209 gross, 145.6 net, oil and natural gas wells that produced 1.7 Bcfe net to our interest in 2007. Wells in the area range from 1,000 to 2,500 feet in depth and produce gas from the Antrim Shale. We drilled 3 gross and netwells in 2007.
